We are looking for a Corporate R&D Master Data Analyst to support a global R&D digitalization program focused on next-generation Enterprise Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and seamless integration with Orchestration, Supplier Collaboration, and Product Portfolio Management (PPM).The role will focus on R&D Master Data Modeling, Data Governance, Data Requirements, Data Quality, Data Migration/ETL strategy, and SAP PLM/Analytics.Key ResponsibilitiesGather and translate functional data requirements into comprehensive data models.Support SAP PLM / cPLM master data modeling and data governance.Develop data migration and ETL strategies and support migration activities.Perform data quality, cleansing, validation, and analysis across PLM, ERP, MDG, Atlas, RMS and other sources.Support data governance policies, standards, ownership and data definitions.Analyze data for raw materials, semi-finished goods and finished products.Collaborate with SRA, SQA, Quality, Product, Supply, Sustainability, Finance and other stakeholders.Develop dashboards and reports tracking data quality and migration progress.Support cPLM Phase 1 and Phase 2 deployments.Create documentation, training materials and data definitions.Drive continuous improvement in data modeling, cleansing, quality and migration processes.Must-Have QualificationsExperience in Master Data Governance, Data Modeling, Data Architecture, or a similar roleExperience within Specification Management Systems or SAPProven experience supporting design and deployment phases of large-scale, complex projectsUnderstanding of IT strategy and governance processesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong business-to-technical requirements translation abilityExcellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skillsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Management or related fieldIMPORTANT VISA NOTICE: This position requires GC or USC candidates only.
