What we need you to tackle We’re looking for a hunter-minded Senior Account Executive with 7+ years of enterprise SaaS or fintech sales experience, including a proven track record closing large deals ($500K+) and exceeding quota. You should be able to engage C-level executives, navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes in complex organizations, and conduct consultative selling that ties product value to client business outcomes. Fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal at an executive level), strong CRM usage, and a data-driven, highly organized approach are essential, along with strong domain understanding of credit, lending, or financial infrastructure. Autonomous ownership, resilience in high-stakes environments, and the confidence to influence senior stakeholders are key to success. Non-negotiable hard skills: - Enterprise Sales - SaaS Sales - Sales Account Management - Software Sales - Sales Development Your day-to-day - Own full-cycle enterprise sales for complex deals (including $500K+ opportunities). - Build and manage C-level relationships with enterprise decision-makers across LatAm, especially within the financial ecosystem. - Run consultative discovery to align client challenges with business objectives and product solutions. - Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of high-value opportunities across LatAm using a CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar). - Coordinate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and a strong client experience. - Track sales metrics, pipeline health, and deal forecasts, and report progress to leadership (COO).
