Requirements and responsibilities


What you’ll be working on:Partner with heads of departments in each business unit to ensure OKRs and strategic plans are properly formulated, measurable, and aligned with company objectives.Guide and train teams to use planning and tracking tools effectively, ensuring accurate, up-to-date records of OKRs and roadmap items.Conduct biweekly check-ins with department heads to review progress, remove obstacles, and provide coaching on goal achievement.Ensure quarterly planning is completed on time, including preparation for upcoming quarters and next year’s objectives.Analyze progress and highlight risks, dependencies, or bottlenecks to leadership for timely intervention.Maintain standardized processes and templates for goal setting, tracking, and reporting across all business units.Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement in strategic planning and execution.About you (preferred requirements for this role):Strong understanding of goal-setting frameworks (OKRs or equivalent) and strategic planning.Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, able to partner with leaders across business units.High degree of organization and attention to detail, capable of tracking multiple objectives and roadmaps simultaneously.Analytical mindset, able to interpret progress data and highlight risks or opportunities.Ability to coach and influence without formal authority, driving accountability and alignment.Skilled in planning tools and dashboards for tracking OKRs and initiatives.Nice to have:Experience supporting cross-functional teams in large organizations.Familiarity with Process Excellence principles and operational best practices.Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.Proactive, results-oriented, and adept at driving continuous improvement.Success in this role looks like:All business units submit high-quality, aligned OKRs each quarter.Teams and department heads use tools consistently to track progress and report outcomes.Biweekly status updates provide leadership with clear visibility into progress and challenges.Quarterly and annual planning cycles are completed on schedule, with next-year goals prepared in advance.Increased alignment and clarity across business units, resulting in smoother execution of strategic initiatives.Leaders and teams demonstrate improved performance and accountability against their objectives.If you’re passionate about driving alignment, turning plans into action, and helping teams achieve real results — we’d love to see you apply!
