About the Role: - We are looking for a sharp, reliable, and professional Customer Sales Representative based in Latin America to support our U.S. operations. - You will be the first voice our customers hear, handling inbound calls, scheduling appointments, dispatching field technicians, and converting service opportunities into booked jobs. - Every interaction is a chance to deliver value and drive revenue. - This is a remote, full-time role with real growth potential inside a company that moves fast and rewards performance. What You Will Do: - Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for a U.S.-based residential plumbing operation. - Convert inbound inquiries into booked appointments using consultative, value-based communication. - Schedule service appointments and coordinate dispatch with field technicians. - Identify upsell and membership opportunities and present them naturally during customer interactions. - Deliver a professional, high-touch experience on every interaction. - Follow up with customers to confirm appointments, gather feedback, and resolve issues. - Maintain accurate records in our CRM and support operational workflows. - Collaborate with operations and field teams to keep service delivery running smoothly. What We Are Looking For: - English fluency is a must. - You will be communicating exclusively with U.S.-based customers and teams. - Prior experience in sales is required. - Comfortable with a light sales approach, not pushy, but confident in presenting options and closing bookings. - Strong communication skills, clear, warm, and persuasive on every call. - Reliable, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment. - Comfortable with CRM tools, scheduling software, and digital workflows. - High standards for your own work. - You take ownership and follow through. Compensation: - 💵 $1,000 USD/month base salary + commission. - Your earnings grow directly with your performance. - Top performers consistently earn above base through booking rates and upsell conversion.
