We work with a wide range of clients across the country, helping them strengthen their digital presence and grow their brands with purpose.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Project Account Management (PAM) Intern who is detail-oriented, tech-curious, and ready to jump in. This role is built for someone who thrives on organization and wants to understand how a fast-moving digital agency actually runs behind the scenes. You will not be sitting on the sidelines. You will be a contributing member of the team supporting timelines, budgets, and the systems that keep client work moving.ResponsibilitiesProject Operations: Support PAMs in tracking client timelines, monitoring budgets, and maintaining reporting workflows to keep projects on trackTechnical Support: Assist with marketing automation platforms and tools such as Klaviyo, Zapier, and MakeMarketing Execution: Help coordinate outreach planning for major holidays and support multi-channel campaign prepInternal Organization: Standardize Google Drive folders and maintain consistent documentation across clientsCommunication: Coordinate tasks across teams and support client-facing communication and presentations when neededProblem Solving: Identify gaps in internal systems and suggest ways to improve efficiencyQualificationsEducation: Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business Operations, Communications, or related fieldMindset: Self-starter who takes initiative and is eager to learn in a fast-paced environmentOrganization: Strong ability to manage multiple timelines and keep details tightTech Skills: Interest in marketing tools and automation platforms, with solid Google Suite experienceCommunication: Clear, professional written and verbal communication skillsIndustry Fit: Comfortable working in the cannabis industry with a good sense of humor and a team-first attitude
