Are you a car enthusiast who lives and breathes performance mods? Our client is hiring driven SDRs to help grow our fast-paced e-commerce performance parts brand. This is a high-volume, outbound sales role — ideal for someone who is self-motivated, disciplined, competitive, and either experienced in or passionate about the automotive aftermarket world. This is not your average sales job. You’ll be making 100+ outbound calls, texts, and voicemails daily to convert warm leads, chase down cold ones, and close the sale. You’ll talk to customers who’ve browsed our site, abandoned carts, or previously bought from us — and help them find what’s next for their build. Daily Responsibilities: ● Make 100+ calls/texts/v-mails to prospects and customers daily ● Reach out to warm leads, past customers, and inbound inquiries ● Cold-call new prospects who fit our buyer profile ● Cross-sell and upsell parts to increase order size ● Follow up on abandoned carts and draft quotes ● Log activity accurately in our CRM ● Hit and exceed monthly revenue targets ● Continuously improve through coaching, metrics, and peer learning Who You Are: ● Self-motivated, goal-driven, and relentless in pursuit of results ● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure sales environment ● Great communicator — especially on the phone ● Resilient to rejection and strong at handling objections ● Organized and disciplined with CRM, task management, and follow-ups ● Passionate about performance cars, or familiar with aftermarket parts Preferred Qualifications: ● 3+ year of sales experience (outbound calling, SDR, telemarketing, or retail sales) ● Automotive experience a strong plus (sold, installed, or used aftermarket parts) ● Familiar with Subaru, Honda, or JDM platforms ● Knowledge of common mods like intakes, downpipes, intercoolers, etc. ● Worked at a parts counter, performance shop, or car parts retailer ● Active in car meets, forums, online builds, or social media car culture Why Join Our Client? ● Competitive base pay + commission/bonus plan ● High-growth company with 19+ years in business ● Real advancement opportunity for top performers ● Work with other car lovers who take sales seriously ● Daily training and coaching to sharpen your edge
