We develop new statistical methods for solving unique problems associated with systematic missing data, latent variable detection, supervised modeling, and unsupervised modeling.As a critical part of the Analytics team, Analysts support client data requests, assist with internal research and development projects, aid in data management for the team, and help translate analytics materials to clients in an accessible and intuitive manner. Analysts are provided with opportunities for mentorship from senior analytics and technical staff both inside Catalist and through our partnerships across the community and academia. This position reports directly to the Deputy Director of Analytics, and works closely with members of the Client Services, Data, and Tech teams.
