Requirements and responsibilities

5+ years IBM MQ support experience; Hands-on with MQ on z/OS (QMGRs, queues, channels); Experience with MQ on IBMi, MQIPT, and distributed platforms (preferred); Strong MF operations, JCL, z/OS utilities, DB2/CICS/IMS knowledge; MQ monitoring, alerting, automation, and disaster recovery experience; Excellent communication, problem-solving skills & teamwork mindset required; Bonus: AI tools, M365 Copilot, container/CP4I knowledge.
