Position Overview:
The M&A Transaction Coordinator (Post-LOI) plays a critical role in driving deals from signed Letter of Intent through close. This role focuses on deal execution, stakeholder coordination, and timeline management across multiple active transactions. The ideal candidate thrives in high-stakes, deadline-driven environments and brings strong project management and deal coordination experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and manage post-LOI deal execution through closing.
Coordinate with buyers, sellers, attorneys, lenders, escrow, and other third parties.
Track deal milestones, deadlines, and deliverables to maintain momentum.
Manage transaction workflows and documentation within HubSpot CRM.
Proactively identify blockers, escalate issues, and keep all parties aligned.
Maintain accurate deal records, notes, and status updates.
Support multiple concurrent transactions without sacrificing quality or speed.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in transaction coordination, deal operations, project management, or similar roles.
Exposure to M&A, business acquisitions, lending, escrow, title, or complex financial processes.
Strong organizational and deadline-management skills.
High comfort working in CRM systems (HubSpot or similar).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
Nice-to-Haves:
Direct experience with M&A transactions, SBA lending, or acquisition financing.
Advanced HubSpot workflows or automation experience.
Background in finance, accounting, or legal operations.
Experience coordinating multi-party, high-value transactions.
