Requirements and responsibilities


Responsibilities - Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely and professional communication. - Support the onboarding of new clients into CRM and marketing automation platforms (primarily GoHighLevel). - Build, maintain, and troubleshoot email, SMS, and automation workflows. - Coordinate campaign launches, including email marketing, direct mail integrations, and follow-up automation. - Monitor campaign performance and provide basic reporting and insights to clients. - Assist with CRM data organization, tagging, segmentation, and contact management. - Collaborate with internal teams on campaign execution, creative assets, and process improvements. - Document workflows and maintain SOPs to ensure consistency and scalability. Requirements - Strong experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms. - Excellent written and spoken English communication skills (client-facing role). - Experience supporting marketing campaigns (email, SMS, automation workflows). - Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively. - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. - Comfortable working remotely with distributed teams. - Reliable internet connection and professional remote work setup. Preferred (Nice to Have) - Experience with property management, vacation rentals, or real estate marketing. - Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Twilio, Zapier/Pabbly, or similar integrations. - Basic knowledge of email deliverability, CRM data hygiene, or campaign analytics. - Spanish/English bilingual ability is a plus.
