We're now recruiting our founding team, and we're looking for smart people who would have fun participating in off-topic arguments over lunch.As a Talent Success Manager you will be responsible for the success and satisfaction of the various talent groups that join the gloat platform as well as nurturing the overall gloat talent community.ResponsibilitiesOperate as the lead point of contact for Gloat's user inquiriesProvide guidance to talent once they start the hiring process through the gloat platform; Initiate, organize and participate in events and conferencesBecome a subject matter expert of gloat and leverage your network and local eventsSupport & Monitor gloat's AI decisions with a human touch based on your experience as a recruiter; Act as the voice of talents on the gloat platform to the product team and engineeringRequirements2-3 years of experience as a technical recruiter in a tech or startup company; Technology knowledge – we don’t expect you to be able to code, but need you to have proficiency in different coding languages and technical stacks; A people person with great communication skills; You know how to work on a small but highly effective team and can grow with us as we grow the company
