ABOUT PROJECT Our client is one of the largest British-American insurance brokers globally, specializing in risk management, insurance and reinsurance brokerage, and investment banking solutions. Their product suite focuses on global risk and people solutions, including commercial insurance (cyber, property, liability), personal insurance (health, travel), reinsurance, human capital and pension services, actuarial and analytics services, and risk management consulting across various industries. REQUIREMENTS 5+ years of proven experience in IT project management Advanced English communication skills Solid experience with Fixed-Price Projects (FPP) Hands-on experience working with enterprise-level projects and customers Strong background in managing mid-size to large-scale projects Practical knowledge of the Earned Value Management (EVM) model Proficient in Agile methodologies and Waterfall project management Familiarity with the PMBOK Guide and project management best practices Deep understanding of IT systems and software development life cycles Strong understanding of project financials: profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates, and resource utilization Excellent written and verbal communication skills Professional certifications would be a strong advantage RESPONSIBILITIES Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders Develop full-scale project plans and track project tasks/milestones using appropriate tools Effectively analyze and report on project status Monitor project budgets (where applicable), ensuring efficient use of the investment Confidently remediate at risk or underperforming projects in collaboration with project teams Define project success criteria and communicate success criteria throughout the project life cycle Conduct lessons learned and produce recommendations for future projects Set and effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders Identify and resolve conflicts within a project team Motivate project resources and empower them to take accountability for their assigned tasks WHAT YOU WILL GET WITH ELEKS Close cooperation with a customer Challenging tasks Competence development Team of professionals Dynamic environment with low level of bureaucracy ABOUT ELEKS ELEKS is a custom software development company.
