Requirements and responsibilities

Required Qualifications & Technical Skills - Education: - B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline OR equivalent hands-on industry experience with strong technical depth. - Primary Technology Stack: - Strong hands-on experience in Java with Spring Boot. - Experience building RESTful microservices. - Solid understanding of RDS MySQL (schema design, indexing, query optimization, transactions). - Working knowledge of Apache Kafka for asynchronous communication, event-driven architectures, and message processing. - Experience with Redis for caching, rate limiting, and performance optimization. - Backend Engineering Expertise: - Proven experience in designing and developing scalable, high-availability backend services. - Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and clean code principles. - Ability to design clear module-level and class-level interfaces. - System Design & Problem Solving: - Ability to independently analyze problems and deliver robust, maintainable solutions. - Experience handling performance, scalability, fault tolerance, and reliability in production systems. - Development Practices: - Experience with the full software development lifecycle: design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
