• Supports the day-to-day side of Calm Kids production, ensuring agreements are in place, studios are booked, final scripts are supplied to studios and recording talent, all approvals are obtained, headshots are collected, copy is finalized and launch assets are complete • Interfaces with internal cross functional teams to coordinate marketing, lifecycle, social and press assets before each Calm Kids launch • Manages the Calm Kids content launch calendar and program board in Asana, updating launch assets and production status for each content launch • Supports external IP stakeholders as their central point of contact to coordinate launch timelines, approvals, assets and status updates • Works directly with Content Coordinator to ensure all final production assets are complete and ready for CMS upload
