DescriptionScale Tech, a software development agency in Vilnius, Lithuania, is seeking an experienced AI Engineer on a contract basis.The role involves designing, building, and deploying AI agents for business process automation and integrating LLMs into existing software products.Requirements5+ years of software engineering experience.At least 5 successfully delivered AI/LLM projects.Hands-on experience with LLM providers (OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic) and open-source models.Experience in building agentic workflows for process automation and integrating LLMs into production software.Strong engineering fundamentals and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.BenefitsContract term of 1–4 months, full-time or part-time options available.Remote work, must be based in the EU/EEA.Competitive hourly rate of €30–40/hour, with potential for higher rates for the right candidate.
