We're looking for a professional, personable, and highly organized remote sales assistant to help manage inbound customer inquiries and schedule appointments. This is not a cold-calling position. You'll be communicating with prospective customers who have already submitted inquiries through our website. Responsibilities: Call prospective customers who have requested information. Send personalized follow-up emails and text messages. Build rapport and encourage prospects to respond. Schedule appointments with our mortgage team. Maintain accurate lead notes and follow-up activities in our CRM. Follow up consistently without being aggressive or pushy. Qualifications: Excellent spoken and written English. Previous experience in phone-based customer service, inside sales, or appointment setting. Comfortable speaking with U.S.-based customers. Professional, friendly, confident communication style. Experience using CRM systems and managing leads. Reliable internet connection and quiet home workspace. Availability during U.S. Pacific business hours. We value professionalism, reliability, attention to detail, and natural communication skills. Mortgage experience is helpful but not required. All mortgage advice and discussions of loan terms are handled by licensed personnel.
