Title: Native Brazilian Portuguese Audio Quality Reviewer - Remote, Part-Time
About Emilia:
- Emilia develops artificial intelligence products for restaurants.
- Our audio products listen to customer interactions at the counter.
- Sentinel detects sales that were not recorded in the POS system.
- Coach evaluates service quality, including upselling, offering beverages, and friendliness.
Responsibilities:
- Listen to real customer interactions recorded at restaurants in Brazil.
- Compare what you hear with what our algorithm detected and record whether it was correct.
- Sentinel: Determine whether an alert represents an actual unrecorded sale, a false alarm, or an unclear case.
- Coach: Verify whether staff offered an additional item or a beverage and whether they were friendly, confirming whether the algorithm detected these correctly.
- Write short, clear notes explaining each assessment and record everything in a shared Google Sheet.
- Flag recurring errors so our team can improve the algorithm.
Requirements:
- Native Brazilian Portuguese, including regional accents and informal speech.
- Intermediate or advanced written English to communicate with our team.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable using Google Sheets.
- Own computer or laptop, stable internet connection, and headphones.
- Experience in data labeling, transcription, quality assurance, or customer service is a plus.
Compensation and Working Conditions:
- Remote, part-time position, approximately 2 hours per day initially, with the possibility of additional hours as the workload increases.
- USD 5 per hour, paid on the last business day of each month.
- Flexible schedule, with daily submission of completed reviews.
