Our company, Spec-Tex, is looking to bring on a part-time, commission-only salesperson. We manufacture and sell correctional mattresses, linens, and bedding - we provide unique solutions to county jails and sheriff's offices nationwide.Remote, flexible scheduling (10-20+ hrs/week, or more), straight commission with no ceiling.Prior sales experience preferred, but the right attitude matters more — training, scripts, a great CRM, and vetted, partially-worked leads are provided from day one, not a cold start.Looking for someone comfortable on the phone, self-directed, and not afraid to put in the work.Could be a good fit for someone retired or semi-retired looking for some action, someone with bandwidth on the side of a regular job, or someone younger looking to build sales chops.Anyone who fits, or knows someone who does, feel free to send a message or email me at joe@spectexinc.com.
