Join our team as a Financial Analyst (Sales) at ZenBusiness and play a pivotal role in driving sales excellence through precise financial analysis. As part of our dynamic team, you'll have the opportunity to empower growth and make a real impact on businesses. ✅ Responsibilities: ◽Calculate and process commissions for sales representatives and leadership using Google Sheets, based on Salesforce reports. ◽Analyze and report on the sales team's past performance. ◽Update and maintain the financial model to forecast revenues and expenses accurately. ◽Assist in headcount planning and related financial assessments. ◽Conduct budget versus actual analyses to identify variances and suggest corrective actions. ◽Prepare ad-hoc reports and analyses as required by senior management. ⚠️ Requirements: ◽Higher education degree that is equivalent to a US Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (Desirable). ◽2 to 5 years of experience in a role such as Financial Analyst, Revenue Operations Analyst, or a similar position with a US-based company. ◽Demonstrated experience working closely with a sales team. ◽Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze large datasets and provide meaningful insights. ◽Proficiency in utilizing advanced formulas and functions in Excel and Google Sheets. ◽Experience with financial software and tools, including Google Sheets, Excel, Salesforce, Anaplan, and Tableau. ◽Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy, especially important in financial reporting and analysis. ◽Full proficiency in English. ◽Availability to work on Eastern time. ◽This position is available for candidates located in Latin America.
