Position Responsibilities:Prepare comprehensive fixed asset engagements including cost segregation and fixed asset review studiesLearn to research issues related to cost segregation and fixed asset matters and be able to articulate or prepare documentation related to such mattersDevelop industry expertise to help yourself become help an indelible member of the cost segregation practiceHelp train, monitor, and develop staff as the department grows.Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Accounting, or related field required.1+ years of work experience within a cost segregation practice or a related field such as building inspection or appraisals, engineering related work, architecture, or building construction positionsProficient in Adobe Pro DC, MS products including Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and the ability to learn new software as needed.Ability to read building plans, blueprintsKnowledge of RS Means and Marshall and SwiftStrong analytical, problem solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skillsStrong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple projects effectively and timelyAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamAmenable to work day shift starting from 6:30 AM-3:30 AM PHTOpen to Shifting Schedule (depending on business/client needs)Work Setup: Hybrid – Initial 3 months onsite, followed by a hybrid schedule of 2 days onsite and 3 days work-from-home per week.
