We are looking for a Senior Facilities Officer to achieve the timely and efficient delivery of Facility Management services to Client's staffs in Client’s Sites and support their business needs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring vendors performance, managing all outsourced service contracts, ensuring compliance with all clients’ policies and procedures, and engaging in the compilation and delivery of appropriate reporting to the client. If you have a university degree, preferably in hospitality or administration, 2 years of facilities management experience or hotel management experience, and strong interpersonal, decision-making, and people skills, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all the requirements. Responsibilities: - Monitoring vendors performance, including planned maintenance for site. - Managing all outsourced service contracts, including inspections and quality management of service delivery. - Undertaking comprehensive tendering procedures for all outsourced services. - Ensuring compliance with all clients’ policies and procedures. - Ensuring compliance with all governmental regulations. - Ensuring client satisfaction by providing a seamless interface into the client’s representative. - Ensuring the effective completion of all incidental reports. - Engaging in the compilation and delivery of appropriate monthly/quarterly/annual reporting to the client. - Ensuring compliance with Jones Lang LaSalle minimum audit standards. - Managing end user expectations and requirements.
