CDR Health Inc., is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses within the Naples-Collier County, FL area for upcoming projects. All shifts are available: Full-time, Part-time, Per Diem. The role involves recording a patient's medical information accurately, providing emotional and psychological support when needed, and communicating with patient's family or friends to provide advice, comfort and instructions. Responsibilities: - Recording a patient's medical information accurately - Back-up relief for all staff positions as needed - Adhere to all company policies and rules - Perform specific tasks as requested by the incident commander or supervisor - Provide emotional and psychological support when needed - Communicate with patient's family or friends to provide advice, comfort and instructions - Take and record measurements of blood pressure, temperature, heart rate etc. as needed - Patient assessment and monitoring, vital signs - Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 30 pounds - Must submit to and pass a drug screen, background check - Ability to provide Form I-9 documents that shows your identity and eligibility to work in the United States - Other duties which may arise that commensurate with the title and position
