Requirements and responsibilities

🎯 Responsibilities You will support our physician and patients by: * Managing and responding to patient messages in English and Spanish. * Sorting, prioritizing, and escalating inbox items using defined workflows. * Drafting patient-friendly communication, reminders, and educational messages. * Organizing labs, imaging, and documentation inside the EMR. * Preparing draft chart notes and follow-up tasks. * Coordinating scheduling, referrals, and care navigation. * Running outreach and preventive-care campaigns. * Ensuring data accuracy across the EMR. * Participating in weekly virtual check-ins. * Following SOPs and detailed workflows consistently. ✅ Requirements Must Have * Registered Nurse (RN) license in your home country. * Excellent English (spoken and written) — C1/C2 level. * Native-level Spanish. * Prior experience in clinical or administrative medical roles. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Comfortable learning EMR/EHR systems. * Reliable high-speed internet (proof required) and backup connectivity plan. * Quiet, professional home workspace. * Availability during CST hours and Saturdays. * Ability to follow structured SOPs with precision. * Strong work ethic, integrity, and reliability. Nice to Have * Experience with U.S.-based medical practices. * Experience with patient communication or telehealth. * Familiarity with charting and medical documentation. * EMR/EHR experience. * Interest in patient education and preventive care.
