Requirements and responsibilities

The Software Analyst will play a key role in our software development team. You will be responsible for analyzing customer requirements, designing efficient software solutions, and working closely with developers to implement high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate must have software development lifecycle experience, strong technical knowledge, and excellent communication skills. 🟡 Responsibilities: - Analyze customer requirements and translate them into clear and detailed technical specifications. - Design efficient software solutions, including architecture, database design and data flow. - Collaborate with the development team to implement solutions, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. - Perform software testing to ensure application functionality and integrity. - Identify and resolve technical and performance issues. - Properly document work performed, including user manuals and technical documentation. - Collaborate with other teams, such as the QA team and technical support team, to ensure an exceptional customer experience. 🟡 Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. - Previous experience as a Software Analyst or in similar roles. - Knowledge of programming languages, databases, and web technologies. - Ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong analytical skills and ability to solve problems effectively. - Experience using project management and issue-tracking tools. - Meticulous attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. - Knowledge of agile development methodologies is a plus.
