* Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day tech/IT issues across the team. * Manage and optimize platforms including Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Webflow, Zapier, HubSpot, and Asana. * Onboard new users by setting up accounts, permissions, and systems access. * Research and test AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Notion AI, Descript, Zapier, Grammarly, Jasper, ElevenLabs, and Midjourney) to identify time-saving, cost-effective opportunities for marketing, operations, and client engagement. * Create internal AI-powered tools and manage the custom AI clone used by clients. * Build and maintain automations and integrations using tools like Zapier, custom GPTs, and low-code/no-code platforms. * Train team members on how to use new tools and systems effectively. * Document processes and build tech SOPs for scaling.
