Qualifications: - Experience in creative or content production environments. - Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Airtable, ClickUp, Notion, Trello). - Clear, proactive communicator — written and verbal. - Strong organizational instincts and a systems mindset. - Comfort with remote, async workflows and tools (e.g., Slack, Google Drive). Nice-to-Haves: - Familiarity with podcast or video production workflows. - Understanding of file naming conventions and quality control. - Basic knowledge of audio/video formats and publishing specs. - Experience managing async or remote creative teams. - Strong async writing skills for updates and check-ins.
