Responsibilities & more

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Conduct visual, functional, content, regression, compatibility, interface and performance testing. - Review and analyze new websites, website enhancements & bug/support tickets. - Collaborate with developers and project managers to implement effective QA plans. - Execute test cases (manual and/or automated) and analyze results. - Report bugs, glitches and errors to development teams and help troubleshoot when necessary. - Help prepare digital work for internal reviews, client reviews and demos. - Help establish and improve Case Engine’s testing capabilities to bring efficiencies and improve quality of work. - SEO Implementation: Optimize client websites for search engines, including keyword research, meta tags, alt attributes, and content strategy development. - Technical SEO: Conduct regular audits to identify issues such as crawl errors, page speed, mobile usability, and structured data enhancements. Knowledge and Skills: - Extensive knowledge and experience with the Wordpress CMS,HTML, CSS. - Experience with issue tracking software such as JIRA and ClickUp. - Experience with Figma for extracting visual testing information.
