We'd like to work with someone who: - Can conceptualize and generate infrastructure that allows big data to be accessed and analyzed. - Understanding of production-ready infrastructure, design, and scaling. - Experience in design data architectures from the ground up, from paper to production. - Knowledge of data orchestration (Airflow preferred). - Can research and test solutions to ensure that they are fit for use. - Has a testing-based workflow and can implement tests in Python and NodeJS. - Has deep knowledge in Python, relational databases (Postgres preferred), and NodeJS with proven examples of production-ready code. - Experience with Git. - Understanding of the concepts of CI/CD and Docker. - Has working cloud experience (AWS preferred + Linux/terminal/bash scripting) and Infrastructure-as-Code (preferred Terraform). - Knows that the only acceptable date format is yyyy-mm-dd and not mm/dd/yyyy. - Is able to communicate ideas effectively and contribute to discussions.
