PDI provides innovative products, educational resources, training and support to prevent infection transmission and promote health and wellness. PDI is looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to oversee the daily warehouse operations at the Raw Materials Warehouse. The position involves assigning work load, ensuring materials are ordered and transferred on time, and maintaining safety and quality goals. The Warehouse Team Leader will also be responsible for securing the facility at the end of the shift and maintaining accurate inventory levels. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of warehouse experience and strong leadership skills. Responsibilities: - Direct the work activities of the Raw Materials Warehouse team - Ensure materials are ordered and transferred on time - Secure the facility at the end of the shift - Maintain safety, quality, and productivity goals - Manage the disposition of chemicals and assist with chemical storage - Assist with inventory transactions and shipping - Communicate with Quality Assurance and Supply Chain groups - Maintain accurate records of shipping documents - Implement a control system to reduce damages and re-picks - Assist Warehouse Supervisor in managing daily operations - Take corrective action and develop metrics for performance - Meet or exceed goals for materials ordering, transfers, and receipts - Ensure safety and quality goals are met - Maintain audit readiness - Complete inventory transactions in a timely and accurate manner
