Requirements and responsibilities

Resilience Lab is modernizing how clinicians work together to provide mental health care that’s high-quality, personalized, and accessible. Our proprietary platform supports a large and diverse clinical community in the Northeast states and provides our team of therapists with the technologies, methodologies, and training needed to focus on what matters most: improving lives. Resilience Lab is looking for LCSW's, LPCs, LMFT's licensed in Pennsylvania to join as Supervisors, changing how therapy is practiced in the state. This is a unique opportunity for the right clinicians with at least 3-5 years of practicing in private practice or agency leadership settings to lead in a supervisory role. The role involves leveraging the infrastructure of Resilience Lab, increasing revenue, teaching, and learning from the clinical collective, and serving clients. The company offers a trauma-informed methodology, non-clinical infrastructure, client sourcing, and a supportive learning community for supervisors. Compensation includes a monthly fee per supervised clinician, bonuses, and participation in the company's Employee Stock Ownership Plan. There are also additional opportunities to earn income through various programs and workshops. Responsibilities: - Leverage the infrastructure of Resilience Lab while increasing revenue, teaching, and learning from the clinical collective - Lead in a supervisory role, mentoring, training, and supervising a team of therapists - Provide non-clinical infrastructure, source, select, and hire therapists, and provide clients to fill the caseload for the team - Act as an agency serving the needs of newer therapists, and build a learning community of clinicians - Network within the health professional community and other potential business areas to maintain continuity of work and client base - Supervise the clinicians’ work and attend weekly Supervisor meetings with Executive Director & Provost - Participate in additional income-earning opportunities such as group design and leadership, workshops, fireside chats, and more
