We are looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to join our team and take responsibility for standing up, configuring, and managing the backend Infrastructure. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal and external teams to advise and design Infrastructure solutions for business problems and demands. If you have a strong fundamental knowledge of supporting technologies and the ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple tasks, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities: - Collaborate with other IT or Business teams to review and advise on solution designs for business problems and demands. - Work on implementing solution designs. - Develop and implement solutions that will streamline deployment. - Receive and respond to incoming calls and/or e-mails regarding all technologies. - Analyze and provide rapid solutions for production incidents. - Create and maintain system documentation and ensure runbooks are up to date and accurate. - Develop and document new standards for existing and new technologies.
