About Us: We are a boutique conversion optimization agency that partners with high-volume DTC and B2C companies (and occasionally B2B) to deliver strategic, high-impact A/B testing programs. Our approach combines data, psychology, and creative strategy to enhance user experience and drive measurable revenue growth. After seven years in business and a strong client portfolio, we are expanding our leadership team by hiring a Client Success & Operations Lead. This person will confidently manage client relationships, projects, and deliverables, ensuring every engagement runs smoothly from kickoff to results delivery. Role Overview: You will act as the link between strategy, design, and clients, ensuring we deliver world-class CRO work in a seamless way. Key Responsibilities: * Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring excellent communication and proactive updates. * Manage project timelines, deliverables, and team handoffs across strategy, design, and QA. * Translate strategic direction into clear next steps and action items for team members. * Coordinate async and live communication between clients and internal team members. * Support the creation and quality assurance of reports, testing summaries, and deliverables before client review. * Identify potential scope or timeline risks and ensure timely resolution. * Optionally, help streamline internal workflows, templates, or reporting processes. About You: * Minimum of 4 years of experience in client-facing project or account management within a marketing, creative, or CRO-focused agency. * Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills and excellent attention to detail. * Skilled at managing multiple clients and coordinating across design and strategy teams with structured communication. * Able to synthesize information quickly, identify risks, and make sound decisions to protect client relationships and delivery quality. * Proactive and self-directed, anticipating needs and driving progress. * Comfortable working asynchronously with overlap in US Eastern time. Role Details: * Type: Part-time to start (approximately 20 hours per week), with potential to become full-time. * Location: Open, with required overlap with US hours. * Compensation: Competitive and based on location and experience. * Start Date: Immediate.
