Responsibilities

Role overview As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for both the healthcare and beauty industries. You will manage the entire recruitment process and ensure the selection of team members who align with company values and goals. Key responsibilities: * Develop and execute recruitment strategies for various roles (clinicians, administrative staff, marketing, etc.). * Post job ads on platforms such as Seek, Indeed, OnlineJobs.ph, and social media. * Screen resumes, shortlist applicants, and schedule interviews. * Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ skills and cultural fit. * Coordinate with hiring managers and team leads to finalise selections. * Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future staffing needs. * Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports. * Assist in onboarding new hires with proper documentation and orientation. Qualifications and skills: * Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience (healthcare or service-based industries preferred). * Communication: Strong English skills, both verbal and written. Technical skills: * Experience with job boards, LinkedIn, and applicant tracking systems. * Comfortable using OneDrive, Teams, and similar tools (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar). Soft skills: * Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. * Highly organised with strong attention to detail. * Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven. Work hours: * Full-time position. * Work schedule aligned with Sydney, Australia time (AEST). * Some flexibility may be required for urgent recruitment tasks. Salary range: ₱35,000 – ₱45,000 PHP per month, depending on experience and skill level.
