Our goal is to rid the world of crappy design, one project at a time. We are looking for a Senior UI Designer with a strategic mindset, excellent communication and facilitation skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering design with creative ideas, exceptional design and craft skills, and smart strategic thinking. They will work on digital design concepts and visual design across digital projects and platforms, and will be involved in projects from start to finish. The candidate will also collaborate with clients, colleagues, and external parties to ensure that ideas are crafted, implemented, and delivered to the highest level. Additionally, they will share their knowledge and thoughts on new and exciting topics, attend design community meetings, and encourage, support, and guide designers and junior designers. The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge in typography, color, layout, and imagery, and be a strategic thinker who understands how digital interfaces work. They should also be fully aware of the design possibilities within web technologies, mobile platforms, and emerging technologies. A problem solver with ideas that challenge the ordinary, and a 'here to help' attitude are essential. Proficiency in the latest Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Sketch is required. Candidates in the local Thailand/SEA market will have precedence, and proficiency in the Thai language is preferred. Experience in the finance sector is an advantage.
