• Plans and executes a content strategy that can be applied across the product platforms and is in line with the brand’s image and objectives. Integrate content strategy and process with product delivery process. • Responsible for the back-end planning portion of the content strategy process. Defines the structure of the content making sure the content, once created, and published, can be delivered successfully on any device, platform, or medium. • Serves as editor-in-chief for all content to ensure quality, clarity, and consistency. Maintaining and adhering to a content release calendar. • Develops and manages the product content style guides, as well as the overall expression of the business’s corporate identity in the content output. • Charged with designing and implementing measurement systems that actively measure, manage, optimize, and communicate the performance of the content put out by the Product Knowledge against the business’s operational objectives and strategies. • Conducts research on the competitive environment and gathers market data for the business and uses the results to come up with well-informed topics and themes for content creation. • Process and system excellence. Proactively look for opportunities to continuously improve our content processes and content guidelines. Ability to find opportunities to improve in a value chain of processes, automate and scale.
