Your job is to make the business run smoothly, predictably, and without the founder being pulled into every fire.This is a hands-on operator role, not a corporate strategy job. Operational ExecutionBuild and maintain the operating cadence of the entire companyRun weekly standups, sprint reviews, and cross-functional syncsEnsure priorities are executed on time, every timeDevelop dashboards for SLAs, product delivery, and reliability2. Support & Customer OperationsMaintain best-in-class support SLAsOversee ticket management, escalation paths, QA of responsesIdentify patterns in support and feed them into product/engineering3. Engineering & Product CoordinationFacilitate sprint planning and executionEnsure engineering deadlines are realistic and metUnblock bottlenecks across engineering, QA, and productBuild the communication layer between product, engineering, and support4.
