You will execute high-volume outbound prospecting and respond to inbound inquiries to generate a consistent flow of discovery-ready conversations. This role is structured to develop foundational prospecting skills, product knowledge, and commercial instincts with the potential to grow into an Account Executive role at Everfi.Everfi Sales Development Representative Compensation and Benefits$60,000-$68,000 annual base salary depending on experience and education. Everfi may pay more or less based on employee qualifications, market value, Company finances, and other operational considerations.This role is eligible to earn a monthly commission amount tied to achieving monthly metrics100% Remote positionHealth, Dental, and Vision insurance401(K) with matching contributionGenerous Paid Time Off (PTO)Everfi Sales Development Representative (SDR) ResponsibilitiesProspecting and Lead Generation:Execute high-volume outbound prospecting activity — including cold calls, email sequences, LinkedIn outreach, and event-based follow-up — to identify and engage prospective customers within assigned target segmentsRespond promptly to inbound leads and marketing-qualified inquiries, qualifying interest, fit, and urgency before scheduling handoffs to Account ExecutivesResearch and identify prospective accounts using internal data, intent signals, and external sources to build a strong top-of-funnel pipelineLead Qualification and Handoff:Apply the company's qualification framework (e.g., BANT, MEDDIC, or equivalent) consistently to assess prospect readiness and determine appropriate next stepsSchedule and conduct introductory discovery conversations to understand prospect needs, confirm fit, and generate interest in Everfi's solutionsCoordinate smooth, context-rich handoffs to the assigned Account Executive, ensuring all relevant prospect intelligence is documented and communicatedCRM and Operational Discipline:Maintain accurate, current CRM records — including contact information, outreach history, qualification notes, and meeting outcomes — after every prospect interactionSubmit activity reports and pipeline summaries to your direct supervisor on the established cadenceCommunicate trends in prospect feedback, objections, and competitive mentions to the broader Sales and Marketing teams proactivelyMarket and Product Knowledge:Develop working knowledge of Everfi's platform, program portfolio, and competitive differentiators sufficient to conduct credible introductory conversations and handle first-level objectionsStay current on target market trends and the industries, roles, and personas within the assigned prospecting territoryEverfi Sales Development Representative (SDR) QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience1–2 years of experience in a sales, customer-facing, or business development role; prior internship, SDR, or inside sales experience is a meaningful advantageDemonstrated ability — or strong aptitude — to execute consistent outbound prospecting at volume and manage multiple active conversations simultaneouslyClear, professional, and persuasive written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to engage director and manager-level contacts in an introductory conversationProficiency with or aptitude to learn CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft, or equivalent)Organized and self-motivated, with the discipline to meet activity targets in a fully remote environment.
