Requirements and responsibilities

GoHighLevel RevOps Operator — Private Aviation (US Hours). We are placing a RevOps operator for a US-based private aviation charter company that is mid-way through a Sales Momentum framework implementation in GoHighLevel. The system exists; it just needs to be completed, activated, and producing results. This is a high-ownership, independent role. You will not be managed task by task. Responsibilities: - Complete the implementation in GHL: pipelines, workflows, sequences, fully live and adopted. - Build reactivation workflows and follow-up sequences so no lead falls through. - Create dashboards and reporting giving leadership clear visibility into pipeline metrics, conversion rates, and sales velocity. - Tool up and operationally support an incoming SDR team from day one. - Maintain and improve all GHL automations on an ongoing basis. Must-haves: - GoHighLevel proficiency: This is non-negotiable. Pipelines, workflows, automations, sequences, reporting. You must own it natively. - Proven implementation track record: Full builds that went live and produced results, not partial work. - Ownership mentality: You identify gaps and fix them without being asked. - Availability during US Eastern business hours. - Strong communicator: Proactive with updates, does not wait to be chased. - Fluent English. Nice to have: - Sales Momentum framework experience. - SDR team setup and onboarding experience. - Zapier and third-party integration experience. - Reporting and dashboard builds in GHL or Looker Studio. Not a fit if: - You need task-by-task direction. - Your GHL experience is surface-level or secondary to HubSpot. - You have only done partial implementations.
