The PMO Director is a senior delivery leader, accountable for how work gets delivered—including project execution standards, financial performance, resource utilization, tooling, and continuous improvement across the consulting delivery lifecycle. The Director partners closely with delivery VP leadership, and client teams to ensure delivery excellence that will scale with the business serving both Enterprise and SMB client bases.A Day in the LifeEstablish and mature a consultative PM model where project managers act as trusted advisors to clients and internal stakeholders, proactively manage scope, risk, value realization, and outcomes, and influence decisions, not just track tasksDefine PM role expectations, competencies, and career paths aligned to a consulting mindsetCoach and develop PMs to operate effectively in complex, multi-workstream engagementsEnsure PMs are embedded as strategic partners in client deliveryDesign and lead a scalable PMO resource model that intentionally blends senior, consultative PMs with more tactical and administrative PM roles -
