In this role, the ideal candidate will partner closely with senior leadership and healthcare providers to drive strategic initiatives, oversee program implementation, and lead key processes that support network growth and operational excellence.This role successfully sources, contracts, onboards and implements the EHE program and service standards with network provider partner organizations and their staff.In this role, you will:Recruit and contract for network providers, focused on, but not limited to ancillary providersIdentify gap markets for these services and implement sourcing activities to identify qualified providersProvide overall management for the processes and tracking related to this network development, including analyses and business case developmentPerform implementation and onboarding for network providers establishing supportive provider relationships between EHE, providers and practice managersAssess network provider and office staff compliance with EHE's requirements for appointment capacity and quality clinical program and service standard expectationsMeet with health system/practice representatives on a quarterly basis to develop and reinforce effective process flows as measured by key performance metrics such as appointment capacity, administrative processes such as patient documentation compliance and patient report delivery.Collaborate with internal EHE stakeholders to meet EHE Sales and Client Success to meet client requirements and market demandsCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to contribute to business transformation processes to implement key initiatives supporting network growthPerform site visits to conduct outreach, education, training and orientation sessions for providers and key administrative staffComplete deliverables in a timely fashionGenerate call and visit reports daily and document all practice encountersWhat the role requires:Bachelor’s degree in business, Healthcare Administration, or related field7+ years of health care/managed care/provider relation/customer service experienceKnowledge of the healthcare systemExperience with provider recruitment and contracting in healthcare environmentSolid negotiation skills using data analysesStrong relationship management and project management skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyDemonstrated ability to work independently and as a teamSuperb written and oral communication skillsStrong organizational, problem solving and decision-making skillsMust be able to travel to EHE network locationsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and willingness to learn AI toolsWhat EHE offers:Competitive salaryMedical, dental, vision, life, and disability insuranceEmployer-matched 401(k) planTuition reimbursementEmployee access to our wellness clinics and servicesFitness reimbursement/bonus programThe Salary for this role is $80,000 - $90,000 and is determined by several factors including the candidate's experience, qualifications, and skills.EHE is committed to Equal Employment Opportunity and to attracting and retaining the most qualified employees.
