Our inclusive and diverse network brings together top cardiovascular specialists and thought leaders who offer regional perspectives and a broad strategic vision for the future of patient care.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (included but not limited to):Role and ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for candidates who want to use their expertise to improve the care and outcomes of patients requiring remote patient monitoring. We are recruiting candidates that have excellent analytical skills, experience with collecting vital signs and lab values and can provide clear reporting to the cardiology care team. Below are expected responsibilities:Support patients in collecting remote patient data – examples are blood pressure, weight, blood sugar, pulse oximetryCommunicating abnormal findings to the cardiology care team.Recording and editing monitor logsBasic monitor troubleshooting with patients – i.e., managing devices and transmitting data.Ability to follow clinical protocols.Orient new staff.Participate in continued team education through shared learnings.Contribute to a high-quality service both to physicians and patients.JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONSHigh School diplomaMedical Assistant certificationEKG technician1 year experience in a healthcare role or certification in a healthcare roleStrong technical and computer skillsLicensed ParamedicDegree in exercise physiology or similarEnrolled in college for nursing or healthcareStrong technical and computer skillsGreat communication and multi-tasking skillsAvailable to work Monday-Friday during traditional business hoursPREFERRED SKILLSExperience in collecting vital signs, weightsExperience in remote workExperience with cardiology patientsAbility to communicate with patients in both English and SpanishBENEFITS401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insurancePay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hourCVAUSA is an Equal Opportunity Employer
