We place skilled Sales/RevOps operators inside fast-growing, U.S.-based companies. This placement is with a highly technical team that runs on Close (Close.io) and leans heavily on data. They need a sharp, deeply organized operator who can keep the revenue system clean, pull and format data on demand, and document everything so a fast-moving team never loses the thread. Role and Environment: - This is an execution and systems role. - You will sit below leadership and above the frontline reps, owning the day-to-day health of the CRM, reporting, and documentation, and driving roughly one structured improvement initiative per month. - If you love being the person who makes a technical team's data and systems airtight, keep reading. Expectations: - The team is genuinely technical; you will work alongside people comfortable in code and data. - You will not be hand-held, and "I will figure it out" has to be backed by evidence. - Data lives in SQL. - A core part of this role is querying, pulling, and formatting data into clean, decision-grade reports. - This is not a drag-and-drop-dashboards-only role; you need to be genuinely comfortable writing and reading SQL. - Documentation is non-negotiable. - SOPs, data dictionaries, process maps; if it is not documented, it does not exist. - The company runs on Close today, with a planned migration to HubSpot ahead. - You need to be strong in HubSpot now so you can help carry that transition when it comes. - We understand not everybody has hands-on experience with Close CRM, so HubSpot proficiency that could be translated works as well. Daily Responsibilities: - Keep the Close CRM clean: data hygiene, pipeline/stage integrity, deduping, routing, automation upkeep. - Pull and shape data via SQL into clear, accurate reports the team can act on. - Build and maintain reporting/dashboards as a single source of truth. - Document systems, processes, and changes so nothing lives only in someone's head. - Run approximately one structured improvement initiative per month (a cleanup, an automation, a reporting build). Requirements: - SQL fluency: you write your own queries to pull and format data. - HubSpot proficiency: required. - Hands-on build experience, not just exposure (future migration depends on it). - Experience inside a sales CRM. - Close experience is a strong plus; HubSpot / GHL / Salesforce / Zoho all transferable. - Exceptional organization and documentation discipline. - High tech-savvy and self-sufficiency: you operate well in a technical environment with light oversight. - Strong, clear English (written and verbal): non-negotiable; you will work directly inside a U.S. team. - Integration ownership (Zapier / Make, webhooks / APIs). Nice to Have: - CRM-to-CRM migration experience (especially into HubSpot). - Experience untangling and reconciling messy data at scale.
