Requirements and responsibilities

We are a marketing agency with a target market in the US. We are looking for a salesperson. This position starts part-time but can move to a full-time position based on performance and demand. Part-Time Compensation: - 3 hours per day. - Commission. Training: - Training will be provided. Candidate Requirements: - Excellent English speaking skills. - Good internet and webcam for video calls. - Sales experience. Role Breakdown: Sales Admin (30%): - Pre-calling booked meetings to verify attendance. - Updating the CRM with sales call results. - Rescheduling no-shows. - Booking requested meetings. - Attending KPI meetings with your sales report. Sales Calls (70%): - US-based sales calls. - Video calls, so presentation is key. - Sale value of $750-$2000. - Sales meetings are 25 minutes long. - Current conversion rate to sales is 11%. - A commission of 10% paid for every sale on top of your basic.
