Job Opening: Head of RecruitmentLocation: Remote (South Africa) - Working US Hours (9am-5pm EST)Type: Full-TimeKey ResponsibilitiesLead the overall recruitment strategy and operations for ReWorks Solutions to attract, recruit, and retain top talent.Develop and implement innovative recruitment processes to enhance the candidate experience and hiring efficiency.Oversee the recruitment team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.Collaborate with department heads and senior leadership to identify hiring needs and workforce planning.Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners when necessary.Analyze recruitment metrics and generate reports to inform strategic decisions.Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.Drive employer branding initiatives to position ReWorks Solutions as an employer of choice.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.Proven track record of designing and executing successful recruitment strategies.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent knowledge of recruitment technologies, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and sourcing tools.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to analyze data and leverage metrics to drive continuous improvement.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.BenefitsPaid Time OffWork From Home
