Manager to lead the technical setup, coordination, and live delivery of pharmaceutical and healthcare events across virtual, hybrid, and face-to-face formats.This role requires someone who is both technically confident and operationally calm under pressure — someone who can seamlessly manage event technology, streaming platforms, speaker coordination, and live troubleshooting while maintaining an exceptional client experience throughout.You will work closely with pharmaceutical clients, production partners, speakers, and delivery teams to ensure all technical and operational aspects of events run smoothly from planning through to live execution.The ideal candidate will be highly adaptable, solutions-focused, client-facing, and comfortable integrating into existing client systems and workflows quickly.What We’re Looking ForEssential ExperienceProven experience delivering virtual, hybrid, and live events within pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulated industriesStrong technical production and live streaming experienceExperience managing webinar and event platforms such as Zoom, Teams, ON24, Webex, Hopin, Cvent, or similarComfortable handling live troubleshooting and technical problem-solving under pressureExperience coordinating speakers, rehearsals, and live show managementStrong stakeholder and client management experienceExcellent organisational and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslyHighly tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and platformsDesirable
