This role is designed for a polished, detail-oriented benefits professional who is ready to step beyond pure analyst work and begin owning client relationships, while still partnering closely with Senior Client Managers and Account Executives on complex, evolving accounts.This is an ideal next-step role for a Senior Benefits Analyst or junior Account Manager who is hungry for growth and wants the opportunity to both own a book of business and learn alongside seasoned consultants. You’ll act as a secondary Client Manager on some of our largest and most sophisticated employer groups (800–3,000 lives), while also independently managing a portfolio of smaller fully insured large groups (100–200 lives).At Nava, this role sits at the intersection of technical excellence and relationship management. You’ll sharpen your consulting voice, expand your strategic exposure, and deepen your benefits expertise while directly contributing to our mission to #fixhealthcare. You’ll have access to modern, AI-powered tools that streamline the tactical work and give you more space to focus on what matters most: delivering meaningful outcomes for employers and employees.This is a fully remote role, with a strong preference for California-based candidates or those with extensive large group experience who are willing to travel to California for in-person client meetings.What You’ll DoSupport Complex Large Accounts as a Secondary CM: Partner with Account Executives on large, multi-layered employer groups (750–3,000 lives). Contribute to strategy, reporting, renewal preparation, vendor coordination, and client deliverables while learning advanced consulting approaches in real time.Own a Book of Business Independently: Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for a portfolio of smaller large-group clients (100–200 lives).
