You will be a key member of our Delivery team and will build strong relationships with new customers, manage implementations, and have an in-depth understanding of our customers’ goals—while monitoring their experience with and the adoption of the Foundation AI platform to prove out ROI.Job ResponsibilitiesEngage with existing and prospective customers to define their business requirements and match them to FAI’s products and solutionsShowcase product and solution concepts via presentations, demos, user evangelization, and effective documentationLead discovery sessions with IT and business users to understand the client's business objectives and system/application needsFacilitate execution of projects through requirements gathering and documentationWith excellent understanding of FAI’s product features and related technologies, design the solution that best meets the client's requirementsProactively create documentary artifacts like business cases, usage scenarios, BRDs, solution blueprints, configuration specifications, training documents, FAQs, etc.Work with the Customer Success team to ensure successful completion of project milestones for production Go-live, the initial rollout phase, and Hypercare sign-offCommunicate progress and expectations, proactive risk-management, and escalation for awareness and resolutionSupport clients through the go-live process and play a key role in promoting solution adoption and usageProvide regular and adequate end-user feedback to the product teamJob RequirementsA technical degree (Engineering) or business degree (MBA, BBA) from a reputed institute with a minimum of 3-8 years of experience in SAAS or product consulting industryMust be able to manage multiple projects utilizing strong planning and organizational skillsOutstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills to demonstrate solution conceptsStrong interpersonal skills with ability to influence and build effective customer relationshipsExperience with general consulting skills that include team facilitation, business case development, strong business analysis skills, process mapping, and business process redesigningExperience with LegalTech, specifically litigation involving Workers Compensation, Personal Injury, Social Security Disability, Veterans Benefits, and/or Insurance DefenseSystems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, focus group sessions, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management, and supportAbility to set and manage customer expectations and work independently on project assignmentsIt would be nice if you haveExposure to working on an Onshore-offshore set upEnterprise-level business project experience with strong process analysis, design, delivery, and documentation skillsExperience with Case Management Systems (CMS) like Litify, Filevine, Smart Advocate, Neos, or MeruscaseCBAP certification (highly desirable)Personal Attributes we are looking forAnalytical nature with the ability to solve complex business issuesHigh emotional quotient is desiredA “can do” attitude to work within existing constraints and come up with innovative ideasMaturity and level-headedness to handle difficult situations and still maintain healthy relationships with customers and partnersExtremely detail-oriented and passionate about customer’s successOur CommitmentAt Foundation AI, we’re committed to creating an inclusive and diverse workplace.
