About the roleWe’re seeking a Senior Designer to join our in-house marketing team to create clear, engaging visual assets across our website, acquisition journey, email, direct mail, and social channels. This role helps our brand communicate consistently and effectively across all marketing channels.You’ll work closely with marketing partners to translate campaign goals into thoughtful design solutions. From ideation through final execution, you’ll be responsible for producing high-quality visuals that support both day-to-day initiatives and larger campaigns, while validating and refining designs through A/B testing, performance insights, and iterative feedback.This role is well-suited for a designer who takes pride in craftsmanship, values consistency, and enjoys collaborating within an established brand environment while contributing ideas to improve and evolve our creative work.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate closely with business partners, developers, and key stakeholders to bring business objectives to life through impactful, user-centered marketing design solutions—championing user needs while balancing technical and business constraints.Lead the full design lifecycle from discovery and concept development through final UI delivery, working closely with development teams to ensure accurate and high-quality implementation on marketing projects.Continuously validate and refine design decisions through A/B testing, usability testing, data insights, and iterative feedback loops.Design, optimize, and continuously refine the end-to-end website acquisition journey to convert more visitors into customers and fuel growth.Create intuitive, accessible, and responsive user experiences across web and mobile platforms.Design and produce creative, visually engaging graphic elements and layouts for direct mail and email campaigns.Create eye-catching graphics, content, and short-form videos for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.Define, maintain, and evolve design systems, component libraries, and standards to promote consistency, scalability, and clear documentation—maintaining a consistent brand identity across all design projects and marketing channels.Work closely with cross-functional marketing partners to understand project objectives, timelines, and priorities; manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.Stay current with design tools, technologies, and industry trends.Skills, Knowledge, and ExpertiseBachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field.5-7 years proven experience in graphic design, ideally within a marketing or in-house environment.Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design styles and applications.Proven ability to own priorities, drive projects forward, and deliver high-quality work in a deadline-driven environment.High attention to detail with a strong sense of visual quality and craftsmanship.Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners.LocationThis position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere that suits you best. While you’ll primarily work from home, you are always welcome to visit our office in Irving, TX, whenever you choose. Remote team members are encouraged to stay connected through regular virtual meetings and team events. All team members must reside in one of our approved locations by their start date.CompensationFor this role, the salary range is $95,000 to $140,000 per year depending on relevant experience.
