Our vision is bold: a future where buildings run autonomously, so our clients can focus on what matters most.ResponsibilitiesProcess inbound and outbound Call Center phone calls.Create and process ticket requests documenting work performed.Utilize remote troubleshooting skills to respond to and proactively address issues from customer Building Automation Systems and Facilities.Provide telephone support and propose troubleshooting for customers using multiple Energy Management System (EMS) interfaces.Direct on-site third-party personnel supporting the technical troubleshooting process.Interpret and analyze data from all types of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration (HVAC/AC) and lighting systems.Monitor installations and prepare reports with recommendations for optimizing energy usage, asset efficiency, and troubleshooting.Minimum requirementsAvailability to work nights, weekdays, or weekends, averaging 8 hours per shift (ranging from 8pm to 4am).
