Requirements and responsibilities

Live Sales Chat Agent (Performance Based | Warm Inbound | Remote) We are building out our front end team at UK Jobs Insider and are looking for a few driven individuals to join us in handling a high volume of inbound conversations. This role involves interacting with people who have already shown interest, understanding their situation, and guiding them in the right direction. What You Will Be Doing - Handling inbound conversations via chat and messages and converting these conversations into sales - Speaking with people who have already reached out or shown interest - Understanding their goals and helping them move forward - Managing multiple conversations throughout the day - Following a structured approach while keeping conversations natural What Makes This Opportunity Strong - Warm inbound conversations with no cold outreach - High daily volume of opportunities - Performance based earning with strong upside - Fully remote work setup - Full time contractual role with consistent work expectations - Fast paced environment with real responsibility - Full training provided by industry professionals to help you succeed in the role What We Are Looking For - Strong communication skills, especially on chat - Ability to think clearly and respond quickly - Consistency and accountability - Comfort with handling a high volume of conversations - Availability of 5 to 6 hours per day (Available at evening/night UK timings) - Ability to commit fully to the role with no other part time engagements Important to Note This is a performance driven role where earnings depend on output and consistency.
